Nigerian disc jockey and entertainer Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has revealed that she is considering stepping away from social media again and embracing a quieter lifestyle in the countryside.
Cuppy shared the thought on X on Tuesday alongside a photograph of herself gazing into the distance.
The entertainer joked about leaving the online world behind, moving away from the city and getting three goats.
“Just still thinking about deleting social media, moving to the countryside and buying 3 goats. Nothing major,” the billionaire heiress stated.
Cuppy, the daughter of billionaire businessman Femi Otedola, remains active across social media platforms, where she has built a large following.
Her latest post is not the first time she has considered taking time away from social media.
In January, the DJ announced that she would temporarily withdraw from the platforms as she embarked on a 21-day fast, saying she needed time to “reset and reconnect”.
“Never done this before but I’m taking a short break from social media.
“I need some quiet time with myself and time being hidden with God. I’m okay and just taking a moment to reset and reconnect.
“I’ll be back,” she wrote on January 5.

Her latest comments about deleting her social media accounts and relocating to the countryside have since generated reactions from followers, with many speculating about whether she could actually take another extended break from the platforms.
