The Kwara State Government on Tuesday in Ilorin announced the introduction of customer care lines for water consumers in the state.
Adamu Saidu, the Press Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, in a statement disclosed that the State Commissioner for Water Resources, Mr Usman Lade, made the announcement.
”He commended the State Government of Malam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for this unique initiative of creating an avenue for water consumers to interact with the government seamlessly.
“Mr Lade said this was for good service delivery in the state,” Saidu said.
The spokesman added that the Commissioner said the Ministry could be reached by any customer who has genuine complaints about inadequate water supply to their area or pipeline burst.(NAN). READ ALSO:
