On Friday, February 7, 2020, Oba Kayode Adenekan Afolabi, received his Staff of Office as Alapomu of Apomu, in Osun State.
The very colourful coronation attracted top government officials in Osun state and prominent Obas in Yorubaland including the Ooni of Ice, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi; the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi; Olofa of Ofa, Oluwo of Iwo and over 20 other monarchs.
