The Flying Eagles have embarked on break after two weeks of intensifying training ahead of the 2023 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations, Prompt News reports.
The team defeated Lobi Stars 2-0 in their ninth friendly at the Gold Project Football Practice pitch, Abuja on Saturday.
Ridwan Sarki and Olusegun Otusanya scored both goals in the second half.
The Flying Eagles won eight of the friendlies and drew one.
Ladan Bosso’s scored 40 goals and conceded only two goals.
The players will resume for the final phase of the camping exercise on January 6.
