Nigerian music star Tiwa Savage has shared an honest reflection on her views about love and marriage, admitting she is now open to the idea of becoming a second wife.
During a recent appearance on the American podcast Air Service, the Afrobeats singer spoke candidly about the realities of dating at her age, revealing that most of the men who show interest in her are either much older or already married.
“If I meet somebody who can really marry me, they are either in their 50s or already married. So, I don’t know. Maybe I can be a second wife. I think so. I could be a second wife,” she said.
Tiwa explained that her perspective on relationships has evolved over time and that she would be willing to maintain harmony in such an arrangement.
“I think I can go along with the first wife and she’s going to love me because I’m not going to be troublesome. I’m going to be going on tours, I’m not really going to stress you. I’m very respectful, I know that you are the first wife and would accord you that respect,” she added.
