President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is meeting with the Class of 1999 Governors at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Prompt News recalls that the President served as the Governor of Lagos State between 1999 when Nigeria returned to democratic rule to 2003, serving out two maximum terms allowed by the constitution.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is currently holding a meeting with the Class of 1999 Governors at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja.
In attendance are: former governors Donald Duke (Cross River), Niyi Adebayo (Ekiti), James Ibori ( Delta State), Lucky Igbinedion (Edo), Orji Uzor Kalu( Abia ), and Sam Egwu (Ebonyi).
Also attending the meeting are: Olusegun Osoba (Ogun), Bisi Akande (Osun), Ahmad Yerima (Zamfara), Jolly Nyame (Taraba), Attahiru Bafarawa (Sokoto) and Joshua Dariye (Plateau), Chimaroke Nnamani (Enugu), Ibrahim Saminu Turaki (Jigawa), Adamu Muazu (Bauchi) and Obong Victor Attah (Akwa Ibom).
