Nigerian singer Timi Dakolo has called out Morocco’s national airline over the disappearance of his luggage, which he says has been missing since June 26, 2025.
In a video posted to his Instagram page on Thursday, Dakolo detailed how he boarded a business class flight from Lagos to Morocco, with a connecting flight to Freetown, Sierra Leone.
According to him, he saw his bag being handled and was assured it would be loaded onto the plane — but it never made it to his final destination.
“I saw my bag from where I was seated,” Dakolo said. “They told me it would be put in, and it wasn’t. I got to Freetown, and my bag was missing.”

The singer said he immediately reported the issue, filed complaints, followed up with calls and emails, and even reached out to the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO), yet the bag remains missing weeks later.
“It’s beginning to look like they stole my stuff,” he said. “Air Maroc, please return my full luggage. It’s not just any bag.”
Popular broadcaster Daddy Freeze also lent his voice to the situation, urging the airline to act quickly.
“Air Maroc, please, what is going on with Timi Dakolo’s bag?” he asked in an Instagram video. “Can the authorities please look into this?”
As of now, the airline has not responded to the public outcry.
