Determined to ensure that construction of individual houses begins in earnest, T.Pumpy Concept Limited, a real estate developer has commenced massive infrastructure development at its Garden City, Karsana East in Abuja.
The Garden City, when completed promises to be the best residential estate in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, alongside the company’s brand Ambassadors, have inspected the progress of infrastructure development on the site.
T.Pumpy boss had this to say about the ongoing work: “We are thrilled to announce our commitment to transform this estate with top-notch infrastructure.

The Garden City, Karsana East, is a “buy-and-build” housing project with flexible payment options up to one year.
The plots of land are sold as 500, 300, and 200 square meters with Certificate of Occupancy (C of O).
