Sports Minister John Enoh has revealed a new head for the Super Eagles will be appointed in the next two weeks.
The Super Eagles are still without a substantive head coach after Jose Peseiro left the post at the expiration of his contract in February.
A number of top coaches (local and expatriate) have already for the top job.

“What I can assure is the senior national team will have a new coach in the next one week or at most two weeks,” the minister told Channel Sports.
Enoh also said the NFF has taken their time to do a thorough job to make sure the Super Eagles qualify for the World Cup after a poor start.
The Super Eagles it would be recalled drew their first two World Cup qualifiers with Lesotho and Zimbabwe last December.
“The campaign for the next World Cup has started and we didn’t start well, it was a shaky one and therefore there’s a lot of mileage to cover,” Enoh added. READ ALSO:
