Super Falcons stars Ashleigh Plumptre and Francisca Ordega are in the running for Saudi Women’s March Premier League Player of the Month, Prompt News reports.
Ordega and Plumptre were outstanding for Al Ittihad Ladies during the month.
Ordega racked up four goals and three assists in three league appearances for the club during the period under review.
Centre-back Plumptre also contributed immensely to the team’s impressive results.
The 26-year-old scored twice and provided three assists in three games.
They will now battle Al-Ahli’s Naomie Kabakaba for the award.
Kabakaba netted five times in three appearances for her club.
