Wiznurudeen, a signed artist under Zeh Nation, a record label owned by controversial street-pop artist Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has sparked emotional reactions online after releasing a tearful video pleading for the release of his boss.
The heartfelt plea comes in response to Portable’s recent arrest by the Kwara State Police Command, following a petition filed by veteran Fuji star, Saheed Osupa.
According to the police, Portable—real name Habeeb Okikilola—is being investigated for a series of allegations, including criminal defamation, threats to life, public incitement, and use of derogatory language.
The command’s spokesperson, SP Adetoun Ejire-Adeyemi, confirmed that a warrant for Portable’s arrest was granted by a Magistrate Court in Ilorin, and he was apprehended on 13th of April in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
The police further disclosed that Portable’s initial statement was taken in the presence of legal representatives from both camps, and inquiries into the matter are still ongoing.
Amid the unfolding drama, Wiznurudeen took to social media in a visibly emotional video, tearfully appealing to Saheed Osupa to forgive his boss.
The rising artist begged the Fuji icon to consider Portable’s situation and drop the charges, a gesture he believes would restore peace and calm to the industry.
The emotional video has gained widespread attention, igniting conversations online about forgiveness, celebrity feuds, and loyalty in the entertainment scene.
