Nigerian streamer Peller and content creator Jarvis have announced that they are expecting their first child, barely two months after getting married.
The couple shared the news on Thursday through their respective Instagram accounts, putting an end to earlier speculation about Jarvis’ pregnancy.
Jarvis accompanied the announcement with a maternity photograph and reflected on how their relationship had progressed from being a couple to becoming husband and wife and now expecting a child.
She wrote: “From two people who once had no idea where this journey would take us… to husband and wife, and now soon to be parents.
“We’ve laughed, we’ve cried, we’ve prayed, we’ve grown, and through it all, God kept writing our story. Today, we get to share the most beautiful chapter yet.
“A little piece of our love is coming into this world. Our greatest blessing. Our answered prayer.
“Peller & Jarvis and now, a little one on the way. God, thank You for everything. This is more than we could ever ask for.”
Prompt News reports the pregnancy announcement comes after months of speculation among fans about Jarvis’ condition before the couple’s wedding.
Rumours had circulated that she was pregnant before they tied the knot, prompting discussions among their followers about whether the pregnancy may have influenced the timing of their marriage.
