The National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives, Katsina State Council, has issued a warning to the state government, stating that its members may withdraw from frontline local government areas due to ongoing security concerns and unresolved welfare issues.
The association has also warned of an impending indefinite strike if the government fails to address its concerns following a two-day warning strike, which is set to begin on Thursday, January 30, 2025.
The affected frontline local governments include Batsari, Funtua, Malumfashi, Kankara, Kurfi, Danmusa, and Jibia.
