The Lagos State Ministry of Environment and Water Resources has taken action against hoodlums caught defecating on the Ile Epo Pedestrian Bridge in the Oshodi area of the state.
State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, shared the development on X.com on Saturday.
Wahab stated, “The Ministry of Environment and Water Resources enforcement team has taken decisive action at Ile Epo Pedestrian Bridge, addressing the issue of hoodlums who desecrated the bridge with waste and defecation.”
Following their arrest on Saturday, the offenders were given the task of cleaning the filth and restoring the bridge to a safe and sanitary condition.
