American R&B singer Kehlani has been confirmed as a co-headliner for the 2026 edition of Coca-Cola Rhythm Unplugged, scheduled to take place in Lagos on December 21.

The singer will perform at the Eko Convention Centre alongside Atlanta-based rapper Lil Baby as part of the annual Detty December celebrations organised by Flytime Promotions.

The concert will mark Kehlani’s first live performance in Nigeria, bringing the American singer to Lagos for the festive season’s entertainment programme.

Announcing her participation, Kehlani expressed excitement about the upcoming show and urged fans to follow updates through the event’s official website.

“Lagos Nigeria, this one is special, I’d be there on the 21st of December 2026. At the Coca-Cola Rhythm Unplugged. Y’all go to www.therhythmunplugged.com to stay updated,” she said.

“We own the December together with Flytime, I’d see you soon.”

Born Kehlani Ashley Parrish, the singer first gained public attention as a member of PopLyfe, a teenage pop group that participated in the reality talent competition America’s Got Talent in 2011.

She subsequently built a solo career, earning recognition for songs such as ‘Gangsta’, ‘Nights Like This’, featuring Ty Dolla $ign, and ‘Folded’.

Her scheduled appearance in Lagos comes during an active period in her career, with recent releases and collaborations helping to maintain her presence in the music industry.

Prompt News reports Kehlani’s addition to the concert lineup further expands the roster of international performers expected to visit Nigeria during the December festivities, which attract music fans and entertainment personalities from different parts of the world.

Lil Baby had previously been announced as one of the headliners for the 2026 edition of Rhythm Unplugged, an event that has featured both Nigerian and international performers since its launch in 2004.

The annual concert remains one of the events associated with Lagos’ December entertainment calendar, which includes music shows and other festive activities.

Flytime Promotions is expected to provide additional information about ticket sales and other arrangements for this year’s concert in subsequent announcements.
