The management of T.Pumpy Concept Limited, a top real estate developer is working round the clock to ensure that its Karsana Estate, will be one of Abuja’s finest estates.
Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, Managing Director/Chief Executive officer of T.Pumpy, gave the assurance during an inspection tour of the progress of work on the site.
“Karsana is going to be one of our finest estates and we are not compromising the quality. We are talking about Abuja’s finest estate.
“This would bring the best out of us and it’s going to be top notch. Follow us as we unfold our Karsana Estate,” an excited T.Pumpy boss said when he inspected the progress of work on Monday.
Recently, the management of T.Pumpy announced pre-launch sales which started on February 1 and will run till March 12, 2024.
However, unlike previous pre-launch sales, Karsana will be “an instant allocation”, according to the CEO.
For interested subscribers, T.Pumpy is giving out 500 sqm for N7.99 million while 300sqm goes for N6.99 million.
It will be recalled that the CEO in company of T.Pumpy’s Brand Ambassador, Ms Sotayo Sobola (aka Sotayo Gaga) embarked on site visitation on Wednesday, January 31, to herald the pre-launch sales.
