South African club Kaizer Chiefs are targeting a move for Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali, Prompt News reports.
Nwabali is a free agent after leaving another South African outfit, Chippa United last month.
According to Afrik-Foot, Kaizer Chiefs are looking to bring in a new goalkeeper following the appendix surgery of their first choice Brandon Petersen.
Nwabali was previously linked with after his exploits at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire.
The 29-year-old is highly regarded as one of the best goalkeepers in the South African top-flight.
He made 66 league appearances for Chippa United.
