Victor Osimhen has said he is enjoying one of the best periods of his career at Galatasaray after helping the club secure a fourth consecutive Turkish Super Lig title, Prompt News reports.
The Nigerian striker played a key role in Galatasaray’s 4-2 victory over Antalyaspor, scoring twice in the thrilling encounter.
Osimhen expressed his delight after the title triumph, describing his time with the Yellow and Reds as the happiest spell of his career so far.
“I’m experiencing one of the best periods of my career,” Osimhen told the official Galatasaray YouTube Channel.
“I feel great. This is the best so far. I’m experiencing one of the best, most fulfilling periods of my career.
“We deservedly lifted the trophies. I’m enjoying it very much, I’m very happy.”
Osimhen also predicted that next season will be even tougher for Galatasaray to be champions again, but they will be up to the task.
“Next season will be even tougher. All teams want to beat Galatasaray. We will continue to work much harder. We will fight harder. We will do our best to win next season as well,” he vowed.
