The management of T.Pumpy Concept Limited has announced a 25 percent slash in the prices of lands across five districts in what is dubbed ‘Ileya Promo’.
T.Pumpy Concept, a top real estate developer owns T.Pumpy Estates spread across over 60 locations in Nigeria’s federal capital, Abuja, Oyo, Ekiti and Kwara States.
The ‘Ileya Promo’ will run from June 3rd, 2024 to June 30, 2024.
According to the management, apart from the 25 percent slash in prices, subscribers who make full payment will get a ram worth N500,000 and two bags of rice while those who make half payment will only get two bags of rice.
The prices of the lands on offer are as follows: For Katampe Extension, 200sqm goes for N14 million, 300sqm for N20 Million and 500sqm for N25 million.
In Karsana, 200sqm goes for N10 Million, 300sqm for N15 million and 500sqm for N20 million.
For Guzape, 200sqm goes for N17 million, 300sqm for N25 million and 500sqm for N38 million.
For those interested in Kyami, 200sqm goes for N15 million, 300sqm for N18 million and 500sqm N30 million.
In Jikwoyi, subscribers can get 300sqm for N5 million, 500sqm for N7 million and 700sqm for N9 million. READ ALSO:
