As a way of further delighting her teeming customers in different locations across the country, Heritage Bank Limited on Tuesday flagged off the 2015 edition of its Consumer Fair at the famous Idumota/Balogun Market in the heart of Lagos Island.

From Idumota/Balogun market, the fair would move to Ladipo Market before it is rested for the year. It continues next year and will move round over 25 locations across the country where customers of Heritage Bank in other cities outside Lagos State will have the opportunity of experiencing the initiative.

The Consumer Fair is designed to take the products and services of Heritage Bank Limited to the doorsteps of customers and other patrons, letting them interface with the bank and experiencing first hand, the value offering of the bigger better bank right in the comfort of their shops, business areas and offices.

With business activities now gradually picking up across the country, the bank decided to kick-start the Consumer Fair train with a bang at Idumota/Balogun axis which has seen hundreds of walk-in-customers thronging the Heritage Bank stand to open accounts and undertake different transactions.

A statement from the Corporate Communications Department of the bank, said the Consumer Fair strategy is designed to continually deploy new platforms of service delivery targeted at surpassing the expectations of customers anywhere they are in the country. “We understand the busy nature of our customers and that is why we decided to take the bank to them with the Consumer Fair because wherever the fair takes us to, the customer will have the opportunity of enjoying our exceptional services,” the statement added.

As a way of making the fair a memorable one for customers the Heritage Bank, which has just emerged from a merger of the former Heritage Banking Company Limited and former Enterprise Bank Limited, is giving away different gift items to celebrate callers and new customers at the stand. The statement further added that the fair provides other opportunities for all zones of the bank to delight their customers.
