Tyrone Ebuehi and Umar Sadiq have been handed late invitations for Nigeria’s upcoming friendlies against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique.
Ebuehi and Sadiq replace injured duo Ola Aina and Taiwo Awoniyi.
Aina is currently sidelined with muscle injury, while Awoniyi sustained a groin injury in training last week.
Empoli defender Ebuehi was part of Super Eagles’ squad for their last game against Sao Tome and Principe.
Umar is making a return to the Super Eagles after making the squad to the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
The Super Eagles will take on Saudi Arabia in Portimao, Portugal on Friday. READ ALSO:

The friendly against Mozambique will take place in Portimao three days later.
