Remo Stars lost 1-0 to Ghana Premier League champions Medeama SC in the CAF Champions League preliminary round first leg clash on Sunday.
Jonathan Sowah scored the winning goal in the 21st minute of the encounter played at the Cape Coast Stadium.
Sowah beat goalkeeper Kayode Bankole with a superb long range shot.

The Sky Blue Stars still have a decent chance of progressing into the next round.
Daniel Ogunmodede’s side will need to score two goals without conceding in the reverse fixture to scale through.
The second leg is slated for the Remo Stars Stadium on Sunday, August 28.
