Super Eagles forward Victor Boniface was among the goal scorers as Bayer Leverkusen defeated Augsburg 2-1 in their Bundesliga clash on Saturday.
Bayer Leverkusen were unbeaten for the entire 2023/24 season.
Boniface opened scoring for the home team in the 12th minute.
The Nigeria international scored 21 goals and provided nine assists across all competitions for Die Werkself.
