Bayer Leverkusen sporting director, Simon Rofles has hailed Nathan Tella for his impact at the club.
Tella linked up with Die Werkself from Southampton last summer.
He struggled to get a regular playing berth at the start of the season but has gradually become a key star at the club.
Nathan Tella came late in the transfer window in August and he needed time to adapt. He was always ambitious to develop himself and also to give good energy to the team and towards the team,”Rofles told TalkSport.

Tella has scored 12 goals and provided seven assists in all competitions for Leverkusen this season.
