Suspected armed bandits launched a deadly assault on Walawa community in Katsina State on Wednesday night, resulting in the deaths of two residents.
A security analyst, Bakatsine, disclosed details of the incident on X (formerly Twitter), revealing that the attackers struck late at night, instilling fear among the locals.
“Bandits attacked Walawa community and brutally killed two individuals,” he posted.
Prompt News reports that as of now, authorities have yet to issue an official statement regarding the attack.
