Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Hilal have submitted an official bid to Napoli for Victor Osimhen, Prompt News reports.
According to authoritative transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, Al-Hilal tabled a €65m bid plus another €5m in bonuses.
“Al Hilal submit official bid to Napoli for Victor Osimhen as top target,” Romano wrote on X.
“Proposal worth €65m fixed fee plus €5m add-ons, decision up to Napoli now.
“This follows story revealed yesterday on Al Hilal in contact with Osimhen over salary/personal terms.”
The Blues Waves once tried to sign the Nigeria international in the past.
They made an attempt to lure away the forward from Napoli in January 2023 but he rejected their approach.
The 26-year-old agreed to join another Saudi club, Al-Ahli last summer, only for Napoli to ask for more money.

He spent last season on loan at Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray.
The former Lille player scored 37 goals in 41 appearances across all competitions for Okan Buruk’s side. He won the Turkish Super Lig and Turkish Cup with the club.
