LONDON – By Omobolaji Oyegunle The Lagos State Government has warned kidnappers to leave the state and its environs or risk being arrested by the law enforcement agencies.
This declaration was made on Saturday by the State’s Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr Steve Ayorinde in London during the formal presentation event tagged Building A Global Investment Hub.
He said Akinwunmi Ambode-led government is not leaving any stone unturned, saying kidmappers ad other criminals would not be allowed to destroy the state.
”We are not going to allow them to operate at all in the state. Our Excellency has made it compulsory to fight against any criminal activities in the state.
“For instance, all the notorious robbers and kidnappers in the state are really finding it hard to operate because we have put all our machinery in place.
”For example, the Oba that was kidnapped and other people were released within days, ” he explained
