Chiamaka Nnadozie won the Goalkeeper of the Year at the 2025 CAF Awards in Rabat, Morocco on Monday night, Prompt News reports.
The Nigeria international won the award for the third consecutive year.
Nnadozie won the inaugural edition of the award in 2023, and also claimed it last year.
The 24-year-old impressed for Nigeria at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations where the Super Falcons won a record-extending 10th title.
She was named Goalkeeper of the Tournament in Morocco.
The Super Falcons were named National Team of the Year.
Justine Madugu’s side were recognised for their outstanding campaign at the WAFCON 2024 finals.
Super Falcons captain, Rasheedat Ajibade missed out on the Women’s Player of the Year.
The award was won by Morocco’s Ghizlane Chebbak.
Flamingos captain, Shakirat Moshood also missed out on the Women’s Young Player of the Year category.
Morocco’s Doha El Madani won the award for the second consecutive year.
