Veteran Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye, has reacted after a waitress in the United States called him out in his direct messages over what she described as a “small” tip he left after dining at her restaurant.
The singer, who recently dined at a restaurant in the U.S., reportedly spent about $1,000 on his meal but left a $60 tip.
The waitress, seemingly dissatisfied, took to his DM to express her displeasure, claiming that gestures like that were the reason “many people dislike” him.
Reacting to the incident, Peter Okoye shared a screenshot of the message on his Instagram story, expressing shock over the waitress’s sense of entitlement.
