Montpellier forward, Jerome Adams has set his sights on playing for the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Adams was close to getting an invitation to the Super Eagles under former coach Jose Peseiro last year following an impressive start to the 2023/24 season.
A dip in form however put paid to his ambition of earning a maiden invitation to the team.
The 24-year-old is not ready to give up on his ambition of playing for the three-time African champions.
“In as much it is a dream for every Nigerian footballer to play for the Super Eagles, which is for me as well, I try to focus on what I can do for my club and continue to work hard on my game, which to me is very important,” he told Tribal Football.
”It will be sure a privilege to be able to represent Nigeria at the senior level. So, i just wait for the time.”
