The Prosecutor, Insp E.O. Adaraloye, told the court that the defendant committed the offences in March 2023 at Ago-Adura, Anisere area, Ota.

“The defendant converted the money to personal use instead of fulfilling the agreement between them,” he said.
The prosecutor said that the offences contravened Section 390 (9) and 421 of the Criminal Code Vol.1, Laws of Ogun, 2006.
The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
