Team Delta Thursday evening showed it is not willing to relinquish its number one position in the ongoing National Sports Festival.
To consolidate its top position, it won two more medals in the cycling event to make it four out of five contested for.
In the male and female 1km Time Trials, Team Delta won both gold medals.
Bayelsa picked the silver in the men’s event while Edo was third with the bronze while Oyo picked the silver and bronze in the female event.
Meanwhile, the cycling events continue on Friday, Day 3 of competitions with the quarter finals, semi finals and finals for the male and female 200m and 500m sprints.
