President Goodluck Jonathan visited Gbaramatu Kingdom to perform the groundbreaking ceremonies of NIMASA Shipyard and Dockyard as well as Nigerian Maritime University on Saturday. He was accompanied by Governors Emmnauel Uduaghan and Willie Obiano of Anambara State.
