The wife, children and family of late Ambassador Olugbenga Ayodeji Ashiru, career Diplomat, and former Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a 10th year remembrance and Memorial Church Service in his honour on Saturday, 29th November, 2024.
The event was held at the All Souls Church Lekki Lagos.
Amb Olugbenga Ashiru (August 27 – November 29,2014) was 66 when he died.
He was the 3rd Career Diplomat to serve as Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The event was attended by members of ARCAN Lagos Chapter and former Foreign Minister Major General (rtd) Ike Omar Nwackuwu.
