Canada captain Christine Sinclair says the Olympic champions are ready to go all the way at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
Brev Priestman’s side will begin their quest for a first world title when they take on the Super Falcons in their first game at the Melbourne Rectangular Stadium on Friday morning.
Sinclair stated that North Americans are prepared to conquer all opposition in Australia and Republic of Ireland.

“We[Canada] were overlooked heading into the Tokyo Olympics and showed what we can do,” the 40-year-old forward, said at the pre-match press conference.
“We can beat any team in the world. It’s contagious (winning), you want to do it again and it’s just motivated us to prove to the world what we can do it again.”
2023 Women’s World Cup co-hosts Australia top the group after beating Republic of Ireland 1-0 on Thursday.
