Falconets head coach, Chris Danjuma has named a 20-player squad for the 13th Africa Games slated for Accra, Ghana.
Captain Oluchi Ohaegbulem, midfielder Adoo Mina and striker Chiamaka Okwuchukwu were named in the squad.
Stalwarts like goalkeper Faith Omilana, Olushola Shobowale and Chioma Olise also make the cut.
The Falconets are in Group B alongside Morocco, Senegal and Cameroon.
Nigeria won the gold medal in the women’s football event of the 12th African Games that took place in Rabat, Morocco in October 2019.
