Nigerian activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan or VDM, has shared a heartbreaking update about a major setback in his mission to uplift underprivileged communities.
In a recent social media post, VDM revealed that his NGO’s account, which had recently garnered over ₦200 million in donations, was hacked, resulting in the theft of ₦160 million.
The loss is a significant blow to his ambitious initiative to build schools for children without access to basic education—a project that had inspired widespread support from the public and celebrities alike.
The funds, representing hope for countless children, had drawn contributions from supporters touched by his vision for a better future.
