Nigeria’s Falconets defeated Senegal 2-1 at Stade Lat Dior , Diamniadio on Saturday night, Prompt News reports.
Moses Aduku’s side won the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup third qualifying round tie 3-1 on aggregate.
Chinaza Kindness put the visitors in front in the 18th minute.
Kindness rose highest and powered home a brilliant header from a pinpoint cross.
Precious Oscar doubled the lead for the Falconets from another header in the 68th minute.
Senegal reduced the deficit through Pene Ngaye 14 minutes from time.
Falconets will do battle with Malawi in the final qualifying round.
The winner on aggregate will qualify for Poland 2026 which is scheduled for September.
