The recently unveiled T.Pumpy Estate at Kusaki Apo in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, is selling fast, surpassing expectations.
The low budget estate land is still being sold under a special promotion discount for as low as N1.5 million for 220 sqm land.
In the same vein, old and new subscribers can buy 300sqm for N2 million while 500sqm goes for N3 million.
According to the management of T-Pumpy Concept Limited, owner of Kusaki estate, the special offer runs from October 1st, 2024 to October 31st, 2024.
Recall that while unveiling the new estate, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T-Pumpy, Mr Akintayo Adaralegbe, said the land at Kusaki has verified Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) issued by the Federal Capital Development Authority, FCDA.
He noted that investment in landed property can never go wrong, noting that land at Katampe Extension that was sold for N8 million is now worth over N30 million.
