A leading real estate developer headquartered in Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja, T.Pumpy Concept Limited, says its pre-launch sales of Katampe Extension in the city is still in progress.

The top estate developer announced the pre-launch sales of Katampe Extension recently as part of its Christmas and end of the Year goodies for prospective subscribers.

According to the management of T.Pumpy Concept, owner of T.Pumpy Estates spread across the FCT, Ekiti, Oyo and Kwara States, the sales run from December 4 to January 6, 2024.

Katampe Extension in Abuja is a highbrow residential district but T.Pumpy is determined to give opportunity to many Nigerians to own plots of land in the T.Pumpy Estate at pocket friendly prices compared to the real market value.

Consequently, interested subscribers can take advantage of the pre-launch sales by paying N5 million for 300SQM instead of the real market price of N13 million.

Also, for 500SQM with the real market value of N20 million now goes for N8 million courtesy of T.Pumpy, the real estate firm that prides itself ‘Developer that Cares’.

The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, said “the pre-launch sales is our way of putting smiles on the faces of Nigerians this festive period.
