In the spirit of the ongoing Ramadan fasting, top rated real estate developer in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), T-Pumpy Concept Limited, has announced a special discount tagged ‘Ramadan Promo’.
The promo, which comes with a 6-month payment plan, valid on T-Pumpy Estate Lugbe Phase 30 and it runs for 30 days.
According to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of T-Pumpy Concept Limited, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, the Ramadan Promo starts from February 19 to March 19, 2026.
The land goes for N15 million for outright payment with initial deposit of N5 million, while the balance is spread for six (6) months.
“Exciting news! Let’s embrace flexibility with a 6-month payment plan, valid for 30 days. Together, we’re aiming for Phase 30,” Mr. Adaralegbe announced on Thursday.
