The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept Limited, Akintayo Adaralegbe, has felicitated with Nigerian workers, joining them to celebrate the 2026 workers’ day.

In a statement issued in Abuja, Adaralegbe. said the firm has affordable housing for Nigerians at a choice location in Apo–Waru, especially for Nigerian workers.

He said, “T Pumpy Concept Limited proudly joins millions of Nigerians and the global community in celebrating Workers’ Day, a significant occasion dedicated to recognizing the resilience, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment of workers who continue to drive the nation’s economy and development.

“Today, we pay tribute to the Nigerian worker, the civil servant, entrepreneur, artisan, professional, and every individual whose daily efforts sustain families, strengthen communities, and build the foundation of our great nation. Despite prevailing economic challenges, Nigerian workers have remained steadfast, demonstrating courage, adaptability, and an enduring spirit of excellence.

“We also take this moment to specially commend our dedicated staff at T Pumpy Concept Limited, whose hard work, professionalism, and sacrifices have been instrumental in the growth and success of the company. From our field teams to administrative personnel, your commitment, resilience, and belief in our vision have brought us this far. Your contributions remain the backbone of our achievements, and we celebrate you as partners in progress.

“At T Pumpy Concept Limited, we believe that hard work should not only be celebrated but also rewarded with tangible opportunities that guarantee long-term security and prosperity. One of the most reliable pathways to achieving this is through real estate investment, particularly land ownership, which remains one of the safest and most appreciating assets globally.

“In line with this belief, and as part of our commitment to empowering Nigerians, we are pleased to announce the official rollout of our Apo–Waru (Brinin Zamani, that is the Abuja reigning modern estate) land project, scheduled for May 5th, 2026.

“This initiative is deliberately timed to align with the spirit of Workers Day, offering Nigerian workers a unique opportunity to translate their hard work into lasting wealth.

“The Apo–Waru project stands out as a premium yet accessible investment opportunity, thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of aspiring landowners and seasoned investors alike. Strategically located within the Abuja axis, the site boasts a prime location in Burun-Waru, an area experiencing rapid growth and urban expansion.

“Its proximity to key parts of the Federal Capital Territory makes it a highly attractive destination for residential and commercial development.

“Furthermore, the project is backed by FCDA-approved title documentation (Certificate of Occupancy), providing buyers with the confidence and security that their investment is legally recognized and protected. In a real estate environment where credibility and transparency are paramount, T Pumpy Concept Limited remains committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity.”

He added: “Beyond location and documentation, the Apo–Waru project is designed with modern infrastructure in mind. Subscribers can look forward to planned developments such as good road networks, effective drainage systems, electricity access, and secured environments, all of which contribute to enhancing property value and ensuring a comfortable living experience.

“Additionally, our instant allocation policy ensures that buyers take immediate possession of their investment, reinforcing trust and eliminating unnecessary delays. What makes this offering particularly significant is its affordability.

“Understanding the financial realities faced by many Nigerian workers, we have structured the pricing to be highly competitive and accessible, ensuring that individuals across different income levels can participate. This is not just a land sale it is a strategic opportunity for workers to secure their future, build generational wealth, and achieve financial independence.

“Workers Day is more than a celebration; it is a reminder that the dignity of labour must be matched with opportunities for growth and stability. At T Pumpy Concept Limited, we are proud to play our part by creating avenues where hardworking Nigerians can invest in assets that appreciate over time and provide lasting benefits for themselves and their families.

“We therefore call on all Nigerian workers, cooperative societies, unions, and investment groups to take advantage of this opportunity. The Apo–Waru land offering represents a chance to turn effort into equity, and dreams into reality.

“As we celebrate this year’s Workers’ Day, we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to supporting Nigerians through innovative, reliable, and people-focused real estate solutions. We will continue to develop projects that not only meet market demands but also empower individuals to achieve their aspirations.

“Once again, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Nigerian workers. Your dedication remains the backbone of our nation, and your future deserves to be secure.”
