Nigeria’s Super Eagles are set to face the Warriors of Zimbabwe in the opening match of the 2026 Unity Cup, Prompt News reports.
Organisers have confirmed that the encounter will take place at The Valley, the home ground of Charlton Athletic, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
The clash will serve as a rematch of their fiercely contested 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying meetings.
With memories of those intense battles still fresh, both sides will be eager to claim bragging rights on neutral soil.
In the other semi-final, Jamaica will square off against India in a game expected to deliver excitement both on and off the pitch.
The third-place match and the final are scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026, also at The Valley.
Nigeria are the defending champions, having won the previous edition of the friendly tournament with a narrow 5-4 victory over Jamaica.
