The Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow will host the international friendly between Russia and Nigeria’s Super Eagles Prompt News reports.
The highly anticipated encounter has already been fixed for Friday, 6 June, 2025.
Russia will be playing their first game at the Luzhniki Stadium since the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying tie against Croatia on 1 September, 2021.
Valery Karpin’s side will travel to Minsk to keep a date with Belarus four days after the encounter with Nigeria.
The Super Eagles are also scheduled to participate in the Unity Cup in London before the clash with the Russians.
The three-time African champions will be up against the Black Stars of Ghana at the Gtech Community Stadium, London on Wednesday, 28 May.
Reggae Boys of Jamaica and Soca Warriors of Trinidad and Tobago will also participate in the competition.
