Super Eagles goalkeeper Ojo Olorunleke has been named new captain of Enyimba.
The Nigeria Professional Football League champions also confirmed the appointment of centre-back Somiari Alalibo as assistant captain.
Former captain of the team John Noble left the club at the end of last season following the expiration of his contract.
Olorunleke is one of the most senior players in the squad following the departure of 11 players. READ ALSO:

The 27-year-old joined the two-time African champions in September 2021 after leaving local rivals Abia Warriors.
The Peoples’ Elephant will begin their 2023/24 campaign with a CAF Champions League preliminary round fixture against Al Ahli Benghazi on August 18.
