The matchdays for Super Eagles 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Cheetahs of Benin Republic and Rwanda’s Amavubi has been confirmed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), PNO Sports reports.
The matchday one and two fixtures is slated for September.
The Super Eagles, who are still without a substantive head coach will host Benin at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Saturday, September 7.
Nigeria will then travel to take on Rwanda at the Amahoro Stadium, Kigali in a matchday two encounter three days later.
The Mediterranean Knights of Libya are the other country in the group.
The top two teams in the group will qualify for Morocco 2025.
The AFCON 2025 qualifiers will run from September through November, 2024.
