Former signee of Jonzing World record label Michael Adebayo Olayinka, popularly known as Ruger, has revealed why relationships don’t work for him.
The Asiwaju crooner while revealing the reason in an interview with Naija FM, said, “I am a loverboy, it’s just now that I understand that relationships don’t work for me. But normally, my first instinct when I see a girl is to think about how I can get serious with her. But later, I just become unserious all of a sudden.”
When asked if he takes his interactions with female fans offstage, he responded: “Honestly, no! The most I can give my female fan on stage is a flower. It’s like we’re working together; that’s how it is for me. I don’t take it beyond the stage, we work together.”
The many-hit singer also added that God has been blessing his efforts, and he has no desire to return to the streets.
“I don’t want to go back to the streets; I have to take care of my family. It wasn’t easy when I started, and it’s still not easy now. I pay people’s salaries now. I pay for a lot of things, and I’m planning a lot of things by myself. God has just been blessing my efforts.”
