West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice has given England a major fitness boost ahead of their quarterfinal against France.
The Three Lions will be hoping to progress into the last four of the World Cup, as they did four years ago.
However, they will have to take on Kylian Mbappe and the defending champions, which is why the presence of Rice is a huge boost.
Asked about Rice, defender Kieran Trippier told reporters: “Dec was involved today.
“He didn’t train yesterday but he was in high spirits as he always is and he trained well today.”
England and France play on Saturday in the last of the four quarter finals.
