Alex Iwobi was the hero as his superb second half strike helped Fulham recorded their first Premier League win of the season courtesy of a 2-1 victory over Leicester City at the Craven Cottage.
Emile Smith Rowe gave Fulham the lead on 18 minutes with Adama Traore providing the assist.
Leicester City fought back with Wes Faes netting the equaliser seven minutes before the break.
Iwobi however scored the winning goal 20 minutes from time.
The Nigeria international expertly placed a low, hard shot home after lovely reverse right-footed pass by Antonee Robinson.
It was the midfielder’s first goal of the season for the Whites.
Iwobi’s international teammate Calvin Bassey was also in action for Fulham.
Leicester City paraded their Nigerian import Wilfred Ndidi for the entire duration of the game.
