Chairman of Nigeria’s Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof Mahmood Yakubu, and his team today (Tuesday) met briefly with former President Goodluck Jonathan, who leads the Electoral Institute for Sustainable Democracy in Africa (EISA) Observer Mission, after the close of poll at Kilimani Primary School, Dagore North Constituency, Nairobi County.
